We price our shutters by the square metre. First choose wether you want the DIY or fitted option and then choose your shutter style. On the shutter configuration page enter the width & height of your window into the relevant measurement box and we will show you instantly how much your shutter will cost.

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders with a UK delivery address (including Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland).

We do not have a showroom that you can visit. This is enables us to keep our operating costs as low as possible so we can offer you the customer some of the lowest prices online. We can provide free samples for approval and offer you full support on how to design, measure and fit your shutters.

The current estimated dispatch time for our shutters is 16-20 weeks. If there is a significant increase in this time (due to covid restrictions or high demand for example) we will notify you.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we focus on getting it right rather than worrying about what happens when things go wrong. If there's an error on your part, we'll look at your situation on a case by case basis. We'll work with you to find a solution to ensure your shutters can fit. If they cannot be fitted with alterations you may need to purchase a new set at your own cost.

Fortunately, the number of occasions where this happens is very, very small. Our best advice is to read our measuring guides, take your time when measuring and contact us for advice before ordering if you are unsure.
